Duke puts emphatic end to ACC losing streak

Duke football now is certified.

The Blue Devils previously could claim only a certificate of participation, given that no member of the team had played in an ACC victory. Saturday's 31-3 throttling of Virginia at Wallace Wade Stadium earned them a certificate of achievement.
