Quarterback T.J. Yates returned late in the game and made his first throws since breaking a bone in his left ankle some six weeks ago. Touted freshman wide receiver Dwight Jones saw his first action of the season, burning what could've been a redshirt year. And Shaun Draughn and Ryan Houston ran for 90 and 74 yards, respectively, helping UNC gain a season-high 186 on the ground.

Thanks to Coach Paul Johnson's triple-option attack, the Yellow Jackets lead the ACC with 242.8 rushing yards per game. Quarterback Josh Nesbitt, who keys the offense with his decision making, was hurt in last week's win over Florida State, but he didn't show up on Georgia Tech's injury report, so he's expected to play today, sprained ankle and all.
