Welcome Baby celebrates 20 years

DURHAM -- The Welcome Baby program celebrated its 20th anniversary Sunday with a day at Durham Central Park.

The program, part of the Durham County Cooperative Extension, provides extensive services for Durham parents of children of up to 5 years of age.
