Artists to offer textile programs

PITTSBORO -- Textile artists, brother and sister Eric and Janet Chavez Santiago, will present weaving and natural dyeing demonstrations, exhibitions and workshops in Siler City and Pittsboro during a three-week artists residency starting Oct. 1.
