The current recession has had a devastating effect on America and the President is trying to make a bold move toward government action that will relieve some of the economic burden. Obama believes that a stimulus package will create jobs and this, in turn, will stimulate the economy. The House of Representatives has put together a draft spending bill that is designed to achieve the President's economic agenda.

It's been reported on several gaming, and non-gaming, sites that GTA: Chinatown Wars has failed to come anywhere near the sales expectations set for the game. Apparently it was slated to sale a few hunderd thousand copies, but sold just 89,000.
